ABOUT OUR SENIOR PARK

Our Park is 44 acres located in Southwest Florida near the Gulf Coast. There are restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Fishing and boating are excellent and golf courses are numerous. We are 20 minutes from the white sandy beaches on Marco Island and Naples. This is a senior park. One resident of each home must be 55 years of age, and the other, at least 40. We are governed by HUD regulations.

Cooperative Park under Florida Statues 719 and 723

This is a Cooperative Park under Florida Statues 719 and 723. You may become a Shareholder or Homeowner. Shareholders buy a share into the park. Homeowners rent a lot from the park. As a Shareholder or Homeowner, there are monthly fees. The fees cover the cost of general park maintenance, rubbish pick-up twice a week, bio-mass pick-up, recycling, water and sewer, plus use of all the recreation facilities. Part of the Shareholder fee goes toward the reserve budget for capital expenses.

General Rules & Regulations

Effective February 1, 2024, maintenance fees for Shareholders are $63.00. The rental fee for all Homeowners is $458.00 per month. Grass cutting is available for an additional $21.00 per month.

Within the park there are many activities available such as bingo, card playing, shuffleboard, horseshoes, ping pong, darts, exercise classes, swimming, crafts, potlucks, breakfasts, parties, and dances to mention a few.
